Responsibility

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Control Specialist to join our team. By conducting thorough quality control checks on all products and services before they are released to customers, you help ensure that our organization maintains its reputation for quality and reliability. Your ability to collaborate with the engineering team to perform root cause analyses and identify areas for improvement in product design and development is critical to our ongoing success and growth. As a Senior QC, you are a key member of our team. Your expertise and attention to detail are highly valued, and your contributions have a significant impact on the success of our projects and the satisfaction of our customers. Your ability to train and mentor junior QC members on quality control processes and procedures helps ensure that our organization continues to grow and develop.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement manual QC procedures and policies to ensure that products and services meet or exceed our quality standards.
  • To work with Agile developer and system engineer teams and be responsible for the stability and robustness quality of live software in productions system.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to perform root cause analyses and identify areas for improvement in product design and development.
  • Communicate any quality issues or concerns to the relevant stakeholders and work with them to develop solutions.
  • Ensure that all manual QC documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and readily available for review.
  • Train and mentor junior QC staff members on manual QC processes and procedures.
  • Participate in cross-functional team meetings to provide input on product release decisions and timelines.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, quality management) or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in manual QC or a related field.
  • Experienced with API (Postman, Swagger) and data testing (SQL)
  • Experienced with at least one of open source tools, for e.g Selenium, Cucumber, TestNG, Appium, Robot, Katalon, JMeter
  • Experience with manual QC processes, including inspection, testing, and documentation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to quality control.
