Responsibility
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements
- Analyze and document business processes and workflows
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with developers and QA team to ensure that solutions meet business requirements
- Communicate project progress and issues to stakeholders
- Conduct user acceptance testing and provide support during the testing phase
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior business analysts
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good English communication skills (both verbal & written) and strong Presentation capabilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency with business analysis tools and software
- Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Azure Devops or Trello
