Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Manual QC Engineer to join our team. This role will be instrumental in ensuring the high quality of our software products. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills (especially in English), a good understanding of QA methodologies, and experience with various testing approaches. You will work closely with our US-based team, contributing to test planning, execution, and issue resolution
Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with both Vietnam and US-based team in English to discuss testing approaches, clarify requirements, and resolve issues
- Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies tailored to project requirements
- Set up and configure necessary testing environments and devices
- Define and execute manual and sometimes automated test cases
- Contribute to improving the quality assurance process through continuous feedback and suggestions
Requirements:
- Good English communication skills for effective collaboration with the US-based team
- Strong attention to detail and a meticulous approach to testing
- Proven experience in creating and executing test plans and test cases
- Good understanding of QA methodologies, standards, and best practices
- Experience with device testing, API testing, Linux, or macOS is a strong plus
- Positive and proactive mindset with a strong commitment to quality
- Familiarity with at least one automation testing framework (e.g., Selenium, Cypress) is preferred
- Demonstrated understanding of the business and technical aspects of previously worked on projects
