Responsibility
We are excited to welcome a talented Business Analyst with a strong coding background to our team, particularly with experience in the fintech domain. As a Business Analyst (Coding Expert), you will be pivotal in understanding intricate business requirements, translating them into technical solutions, and ensuring adherence to coding standards and principles. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving innovation and efficiency in our fintech projects, contributing significantly to our mission of delivering cutting-edge financial solutions
Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements
- Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes, identifying areas for enhancement and optimization
- Translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications and user stories
- Collaborate with PO, developers and QA team to ensure that solutions meet business requirements
- Communicate project progress and issues to stakeholders
- Perform data analysis to extract valuable insights and support decision-making processes
- Conduct user acceptance testing and provide support during the testing phase
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis or related field
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, or similar
- Solid understanding of coding standards, best practices, and principles
- Extensive knowledge of financial products, services, and regulatory frameworks within the fintech industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with business analysis tools and softwares
- Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Azure Devops or Trello
