Summary
We are expanding our project reach into new markets with stringent accessibility requirements. This initiative necessitates a dedicated team to ensure our user interface components and products are inclusive and usable for everyone. You will be a key member of a dedicated team focused on building and maintaining a best-in-class accessibility framework
Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Stay current with evolving accessibility standards and best practices (WCAG)
- Analyze accessibility audit reports and implement solutions to address identified issues
- Collaborate effectively with QA and engineering teams to champion accessibility
- Conduct research and contribute to the knowledge base of accessible design and development within the team
Requirements:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills coupled with excellent attention to detail
- Effective communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts
- In-depth knowledge of functional programming principles in JavaScript
- Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms
- Experience with accessibility testing tools and techniques
