We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Backend Developer to join our growing team. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing mission-critical microservices for a complex, high-throughput system demanding exceptional security and scalability. This role requires a deep understanding of backend development principles, a passion for building robust and non-vulnerable systems, and a collaborative approach to problem-solving within an agile environment
Your skills and experience
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement scalable and robust backend systems using .NET, Java or Scala
- Analyze and upgrade existing modules written in languages like Go, .Net, Java or Scala
- Contribute to architectural discussions and advocate for best practices, code quality, and automation
- Contribute to code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring adherence to coding standards
- Collaborate with other engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to define and deliver high-quality software
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in using .NET
- Good experience designing, developing, and deploying high-performance, data-intensive applications
- Proven experience architecting and implementing microservices architectures
- Ability to translate business requirements into robust and scalable technical solutions
- Hands-on experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Helm and Terraform is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Experience participating in code reviews and providing constructive feedback to teammates
