Job description
We are looking for a Middle Manual QA Engineer to join our team and ensure the quality of software products through thorough manual testing. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify issues early, validate new features, and help deliver high-quality products to our clients.
Your skills and experience
Responsibilities:
- Analyze requirements and clarify acceptance criteria with stakeholders.
- Create, maintain, and execute test cases and test scenarios.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing.
- Report, verify, and track defects until resolution.
- Collaborate closely with developers to reproduce and troubleshoot issues.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release testing.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in Manual QA / Software Testing.
- Solid understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and SDLC/STLC.
- Experience writing clear and comprehensive test cases.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively identify quality risks.
- Experience using AI tools (such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Claude, etc.) to improve testing productivity.
- Basic knowledge of test automation or scripting.
- Experience tracing application logs to investigate issues.
- Ability to query databases using SQL for data verification.
- Experience with device testing (mobile, embedded, IoT, or other hardware-integrated systems).
